2006 Test worn Wallaby jersey – framed and signed George Gregan. On the night of 17th June 2006 George Gregan again entered rugby’s rich history books – he appeared in his 120th Rugby test and in doing so broke the record held by legendary Lions and England player Jason Leonard. This is your chance to own that World record Jersey – George’s 120th Wallaby jumper. George who previously surpassed Jason Leonard’s appearances for a country now has surpassed his record of 119 International caps (5 for the Lions on top of his 114 for England). This occurred when George came off the bench against England at Melbourne’s Telstra Dome on 17th June 2006, where Australia won 43 -18. The framed Canterbury jersey bears the embroidery ‘Australia v England Melbourne, 17th June 2006’. Framed with images of George playing and George Gregan Foundation logo and a plaque with the appropriate test. Also comes with the auction board giving details of the jersey and image of George in his 120th and record-breaking test. The George Gregan auction was held in conjunction with Legends genuine Memorabilia (LAO17-01 and held September 2006.
