England's 'Very rare' 1999 Centenary test jersey. In this game, played in Sydney to mark 100 years of Australian test rugby, the English team wore a dark blue jersey with red and white stripes. These jerseys were never made available to the public and only a small number were signed. Fully side by the England squad. Australia won the match by 22-15. The England team was; Leonrad, Cockerill, Garforth, Hill, Rodber, Johnson, Back, Corry, Bracken, Wilkinson, Rees, Guscott, Catt, Luger and Perry. Reserves who played were Greening, Ubogu, Grewcock, Clarke, Dawson, de Glanville and Beal. A vast majority of the team were also in the RWC winning side at the same ground 4 years later!
